As a private person you can get a VAT-refund from new-items you have bought, if following conditions are fulfilled:
You live outside the EEC and you can make documentation providing us with photo-ID You have documentation to show that the item has been exported the EEC with a Export Certificate/Transit Invoice that you get from the mail-company, UPS or whoever you have chosen.
For refund of VAT you have to mail us the following:
Purchase invoice Documentation for mailing/freight Documentation for living outside the EEC: copy of page with your photo from passport or driving license.IBAN-number for your bank-account/Bank-acc no.SWIFT-code for your bank.
